Yay! It’s Humpday - Day #3 of the Body iQ Challenge!
Today I cover another essential part of my 5-part Wellness Wheel - Nourishment.
I know that if you’re like me, it can be a drain just to think about what to eat and what not to eat.
Of course, the word “diet” gets tossed around a lot.
…I like to keep it simple here. I’ve studied diet and nutrition for 25 years and helped a boat load of people with their digestive issues and all kinds of challenges related to nourishment.
The key is NOT to go with the next fad diet, but to fine tune your own internal compass, so your body can start to gravitate towards the nourishment that best suits your whole self.
In my Master Your Body iQ program, I give you simple guidelines with suggestions for easy ways to substitute foods that are likely to give you trouble in the short or long run. I’ll also help you fill in the gaps of things you may have missed along your health journey. And it could be just that thing that helps you patch up an energy leak.
