For your life to work well, it’s vital to have a good flow of life-force energy in your home, work place, and wherever else you spend a lot of time.
Even simple things like cleaning, moving and straightening can clear the mind and those little actions help to support the lymph flow in your body as well.
Clutter can be a culprit in leaking your energy and making you susceptible to illness, especially if you’re not paying attention. Accumulated clutter can have long term effects on our health and mood. You can also feel like you’re never quite reaching your potential.
Clutter accumulates when the energy is stagnant. Clearing out your junk can actually help you renew your life force energy.
Having clutter can make you feel tired or lethargic. Are there areas in your home that seem to always accumulate clutter?
Clutter can keep you in the past and not leave room for new things to come in. I have yet to meet someone who is struggling with depression and doesn’t have any clutter in their life.
No matter where you’re at, it really helps to start with de-cluttering even a tiny area of your house.
This applies to our bodies too - for example, one place that “clutter” can show up is in our bodies as a symptom like constipation, which results in a dull or blemished complexion. If you’re free of this, then your skin is going to be more clear and radiant. So we want both our bodies and our environment to reflect this!
So to get started (in this challenge), what we’re going to do is we’re going to pick one small area of your house that needs some de-cluttering. There probably isn’t anybody who couldn’t use a little more de-cluttering in some area, even if you’re ultra organized.
So get on over to today’s challenge! Make sure you watch the video to the end because I included a super easy way for you to win a prize with your effort.
And of course, you can practice the movements and brain balancing as well!
