I hope you’ve been having fun with the exercises this week! I’ve been having a blast connecting with you and I’m LOVING all of your clutter clearing pics! 🤩

Doesn’t it feel amazing to have cleared a little space for yourself? (and if for some reason, you didn’t get to do it yesterday, it’s never too late...you can always do it today!)😃

Either way, I’m sure you’re starting to feel the positive effects of the few minutes you're spending each day on the Challenge exercises. This is just a glimpse of how good you can feel!

Today, we’re going to practice the art of tuning in. Today’s exercise is all about creating a calm space for your mind through releasing unwanted emotion from your organs. I call this “Body iQ” and in today’s video, I’ll show you how you can use it to release worry out of your one of your most important organs.
