You made it! It’s Day 1 of the Body iQ Challenge - let’s do this!
I hope you’ve watched the intro video until the end and learned a lot from it. There’s tons of information in there to help you get the most out of the challenge. So if you haven’t finished watching it, definitely do your best to do that before you get too far into the challenge.
Today we’re going to start with Movement. This is the most important aspect of building your energy and, ironically, often the most neglected. :(
In my experience, movement is what gives you the greatest return on time and energy invested. But obviously, it’s not just any old movement that I’m talking about.
It has to be a form of conscious, deliberate movement that cultivates your life force or chi, like Chi gong and Tai chi. Since building this chi is so important, we’ll spend the most time on it in the 5-Day Challenge as well as in my program, Master Your Body iQ.
This is why I introduce movement on the first day, so you have the opportunity to keep doing these simple, feel-good movements each day of the challenge. The exercises will only take a couple of minutes and you’ll definitely feel the positive impacts of each one.
So let’s get moving!
