If you're still reading, then I think you are going to really resonate with what I am about to share. But first, I have to tell you what happened to me this past weekend.
Every so often I meet a person who is so full of energy, vitality, and clarity of purpose that all I can say is, "I want to know what she's having."
Those words were literally running through my mind on a continuous loop this past weekend, as I sat through four days of a BodyTalk Fundamentals course I was taking. And while there is a LOT more to share about that, I will save my BodyTalk download for another email. Right now, I need to tell you about Karen Atkins--my new healing guru, wellness inspiration, and celebrity crush.
To say that Karen Atkins "taught the BodyTalk class" would be a vast understatement.
Karen greeted us all with genuine warmth and bubbly hugs. She arranged for healthy, whole real foods at breaks to keep our bodies and brains energized. She even arrived early each morning to lead us through an energizing practice of Qi Gong.
No, Karen didn't just teach the BodyTalk class. She ROCKED the BodyTalk class.
And did I mention that she laughed heartily, frequently, and totally appropriately about 20 times a day?
You get the picture. The bottom line is, not only do I feel more energy just from those four days with Karen Atkins, but I am so impressed and intrigued that I am signing up for her 12 week online program. Because I don't want to just know what she's having; as it turns out, I want to know it well enough to be able to share it with everyone I love (read, you). So stay tuned!
